1. Trial Lesson 

All new students are offered a trial lesson. During promotional periods, trial lessons may be available at a discounted price. This price applies only to the first lesson and comes with no obligations. If a lesson package is not purchased after the standard trial lesson, the lesson will be charged as a single session. The price for a single lesson is 720 SEK excluding VAT. If a lesson package is purchased after the trial lesson, the trial lesson will be counted as part of the package, and the price will be adjusted accordingly. If the student takes an additional lesson after the trial lesson without confirming their chosen lesson package, a 14-lesson package will be automatically invoiced.  

 

2. Lesson Packages 

When purchasing a lesson package, the teacher commits to conducting all lessons included in the package. Payment must be made in advance or through installment payments as agreed. If the teacher is unable to conduct a lesson, they should, if possible, offer a rescheduled time. If this is not feasible, a substitute teacher will be provided. If neither option is available, the value of the unused lesson will be refunded.  

 

3. Cancellations and Illness

If a student needs to cancel or report illness, this must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. If the cancellation is not made in time, the lesson will be considered completed and deducted from the package.  

 

4. Payment and Validity Period 

Lesson packages must be paid for in advance or through installment payments and apply to the number of lessons specified at the time of purchase. The package must be used within six months from the date of purchase. Unused lessons after this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable unless an extension is agreed upon due to special circumstances.  

 

5. Lesson Time Adjustments

The lesson schedule is planned in consultation between the student and the teacher. If necessary, lesson days or times may be adjusted subject to availability, but only by mutual agreement.  

 

6. Personal Data and Data Protection (GDPR)

To manage invoicing, communication, and administration, we collect the following personal data: name, email address, phone number, address, and, if applicable, the name of a child (minor student). We use your email address to manage lessons and send reminders about purchasing new lesson packages. If you no longer wish to receive these reminders, you can unsubscribe at any time by notifying us. Your personal data is stored as long as you are a customer with us. If you choose not to continue after your lesson package is completed, we may keep your email address for up to 12 months for reminder purposes unless you request its deletion. All other data will be deleted within 30 days after your last lesson. By checking the box "I accept the general terms and conditions" in the registration form, you agree to our collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with these terms and applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
